ECO PRINT MASTERCLASS
IN NOVEMBER 2024
SHRADDHA JOSHI-BARDE, TEXTILE ARTIST & DESIGNER
Sustainable Art practitioner & Founder - 'LeafAge'_ Slow Fashion & Sustainable
Artist Shraddha Joshi-Barde is passionately committed to Sustainable Art. Her process, Ecoprinting, harnesses the power of plants with each piece becoming a unique symphony of colours and shapes. By carefully arranging leaves, flowers, and herbs, she skilfully lets Mother Nature’s own handiwork shine through.
As she words it, “As a passionate nature lover, I've always been deeply inspired by nature's incredible creativity—its stunning and unique colour combinations, diverse shapes, and rich textures. This inspiration has driven me to create one-of-a-kind Ecoprint art pieces ever since.
These are the purest form of colours, free from any artificial chemicals and synthetic elements, making it safe for our environment & to our health. I felt a strong urge to share with the world that now, more than ever, we need to cultivate a deep bond with nature, and that's how
LeafAge was born! Now, my studio has become my second home, where I spend most of my time exploring, creating, and savouring nature’s masterpieces. The beauty of eco-printing lies in the fact that there are no mistakes—only beautiful creations!”
