The ColorAshram Barter Internship
Barter is for 'one' who is keen to dive in depth into application of natural dyeing, be it training others or applying it to one's own area or opening up one's own natural dye unit. It is not for a hobbyist or just a curious person. It is not for learning how to make standard natural dyes, that takes years to develop. There has to be an intention for application after learning from here in any of the above.So you have to share that future intention with us on the form link we will share with you if this is okay with you.
The 'one' who barters should have some skill in art or education or textile applications. The 'one' has to work with ColorAshram as a team member for one year and it will be any and every kind of work that we do ranging from dyeing to teaching to marketing of dye kits and workshops to social media or data handling, documenting processes, researching on certain dye applications etc. The idea is to give 'one' an experience of all kinds of application, thinking, problem solving and commercial implication of natural dyes, dyed products and training.
To sum up, this barter is for someone who will spread the awareness and be a carrier for natural dye application in the World out there. ColorAshram is but a fertile land for such seeds. Are you ‘one’?
