Work Profiles we are looking for?
A Marketing person who knows how to use social media marketing, SEO for websites and has excellent web and communication skills to connect to the right people for meetings and collaborations. Should be fluent in English and a people person. Should be disciplined, reliable, and open to signing a contract for 2 years minimum.
A trainer who loves to teach natural dyeing and other textile techniques have good web skills to do online classes as well. Must have a degree in design and textile techniques or some experience in the same. Should be fluent in English and a people person. Should be disciplined, reliable, and open to signing a contract for 2 years minimum. Should be living in Ahmedabad and open to travel to other places for training.
Types of Remuneration:

You can opt for fully paid employment or choose the part payment and part barter of services from us.
Barter could be for things like making your own collection samples in natural dye fabrics from us, exploring several techniques for your collection, or an internship or graduation project if you are a textile or fashion or marketing student.
You can also volunteer and learn on the go. However, it has to be committed and serious. We do not encourage unsure people to apply for work with us.

We will get back to you and take a call followed by a video call and then a physical interview. If you clear all of this, we will ask you to join for a month on probation. This will be a minimum paid period in which we can ask you to leave at any point we feel so, with/without giving a reason.
